Thank you for shopping with LaserMarks Engraving (trading as Lasermarks.shop). We are committed to getting your bespoke, personalised order to you as efficiently and safely as possible. Please review our shipping process and policies below.
1. Order Processing & Production Time

Made to Order: As many of our items are bespoke and personalised specifically for you, please allow time for production before your order is dispatched.

Standard Production Time: Our typical production time is 1-3 working days from the date you place your order and confirm any personalisation details.

Variations: Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the personalisation, order volume, and during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Father's/Mother's Day). We will endeavour to inform you if significant delays are expected.

Working Days: Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
2. UK Mainland Shipping Options & Costs

Shipping Area: We currently offer shipping only to UK Mainland addresses. Please see Section 3 for areas we do not ship to.

We ship all UK Mainland orders from our workshop based in the UK. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Shipping Methods Offered (Examples - please replace with your actual services):

Royal Mail 2nd Class: Estimated delivery aim is 2-4 working days after dispatch. (Not tracked)

Royal Mail 1st Class: Estimated delivery aim is 1-3 working days after dispatch. (Not tracked)

Royal Mail Tracked 48: Estimated delivery aim is 2-3 working days after dispatch, includes tracking.

Royal Mail Tracked 24: Estimated delivery aim is 1-2 working days after dispatch, includes tracking.

Courier Service (e.g., DPD, Evri): Estimated delivery aim is Next Working Day after dispatch, includes tracking. (Specify if applicable)

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping service.

Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard UK Mainland shipping on all orders over £30.
3. Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship orders to addresses within the UK Mainland.

We do not ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands (including Jersey and Guernsey), the Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands (postcodes may vary by carrier - please contact us if unsure), international addresses, or British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses at this time. Any orders placed for delivery to these locations may be cancelled and refunded.
4. Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.

If you selected a tracked shipping service, or if we use one by default for certain orders, your dispatch confirmation email will include a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor your delivery's progress.
5. Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by you.

Please note that we are unable to deliver orders to PO Box addresses. Ensure you provide a residential or business street address for delivery.
6. Potential Delays

All delivery times quoted are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times can occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, carrier delays, industrial action, and high order volumes during peak seasons. We appreciate your patience during such times.
7. Failed Deliveries/Undeliverable Packages

If the carrier is unable to deliver your package, they will typically leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a local depot.

If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you, because it was not collected from the depot after a failed delivery attempt, or because the address was a PO Box, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. We will contact you in such circumstances.
8. Damaged or Lost Items

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us immediately via email at hello@lasermarks.shop, providing your order number and photographic evidence of the damage. Please also refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Lost Items: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow a few extra working days for potential carrier delays. If your order still hasn't arrived after 10 working days for UK Standard from the dispatch date, please contact us at hello@lasermarks.shop with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
